Job Context:
∎ 1. We are looking for a dynamic person as a Manager (Banking) in the Commercial Department in our company “Netrakona Accessories Ltd.”
∎ 2. Department: Commercial.
∎ 3. Reports to: Managing Director.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ 1. Handle all meetings with the top management of Banks related to import, export and, line of credit.
∎ 2. Checking and monitoring import related documents with the Bank/Foreign Suppliers.
∎ 3. Monitor and manage import L/C related works which include corresponding with suppliers, opening L/C and its amendments, monitoring, shipment, and document retirement formalities.
∎ 4. Correspond with local and foreign banks and suppliers.
∎ 5. Follow up import L/C and ensure proper HS Code for timely clearance from customs and save additional cost.
∎ 6. Maintain constant liaison with L/C opening banks, suppliers, and C & F agents for smooth import.
∎ 7. Ensure collection and checking import documents from respective banks.
∎ 8. Monitor and ensure that margin, EDF/LTR/PAD, and other import related costs have been properly recorded and correspond with the banks.
∎ 9. Preparation of daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly and annually reports related to import, export and credit/loans.
∎ 10. Any other tasks as required by the department head/management.
