Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintaining Customer focus at all times and responding to customers' inquiries/orders/complaints (through e- mails, phone) following company guidelines.
∎ Working within agreed service levels, striving to exceed customer expectations.
∎ Taking ownership of queries and proactively following through to resolution.
∎ Ensuring all customers' queries are investigated and resolved; escalating issues if appropriate to the senior management.
∎ Maintaining professional working relationship with internal and external customers.
∎ Working closely with development team, production and logistics personnel in order to meet customer expectations.
∎ Providing services and managing key clients' accounts as a part of account development and services team
∎ Responsibility for delivery of the ready and finished goods and execution of urgent production of goods ensuring all activities associated with delivery and productions are effectively taken care of.
∎ Acknowledging the product orders from customers and coordinating with functional teams to process the orders.
∎ Providing customers with invoices for payment procedures, receiving payments in the form of LC (Letter of Credit) and SC (Sales Contract) and forwarding them to commercial department for documentation.
∎ Updating customers with possible delivery schedule of goods and visiting customers once in a while to help develop strong business relationship.
∎ Participating in cross functional activities with internal departments (Supply Chain, Credit Control, marketing) to achieve sales target and to retain consistent sales projections from customers.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Pleasant personality with good communication skill.
∎ Should be capable of handling all customer service related matters and reporting.
∎ Strong ability in problem solving and decision making in your work area and ability to work in a team.
∎ Sharp business sense for handling customers
∎ Ability to work under pressure & meet deadline
∎ Team player & punctual
