Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Set Portfolio development and innovation strategy·
∎ Perform market research to enrich product portfolio for upcoming market needs.
∎ Identify, prepare and implement technical strategies based on multi-disciplined approach with marketing, sales & development teams.
∎ Manage the field training activities including profiling trails for new products and existing product performance·
∎ Develop technical product training for relevant staffs and key influencers·
∎ Facilitate and manage technical requirements from staffs, customers, influencers and regulatory bodies·
∎ Lead implementation plan including portfolio budgeting process and performance tracking·
∎ Prepare demand plan for materials and inventory management·
∎ Set plan for technical training seminars for distributors and key stakeholders and visit filed & marketplace to monitor implementation.
∎ Design development & technical business support plans to support the launch of new products·
∎ Liaise with concerned teams to ensure timely and accurate technical knowledge transfer including timely uploading data from trailing activities·
∎ Develop & monitor closely product consume or demand generation plan at end user level through different communication programs.
∎ Develop pricing strategy, product incentive and portfolio budgeting·
∎ Ensure product portfolio Contribution Margin·
∎ Analyze and appraise sales methods, costs, and results· Time to time reporting to SBU Head or Management on portfolio performance·
∎ Any sort of current & future business related tasks assigned by management.
∎ The purpose of this job is to create the strategic development, demand planning, and branding and liquidation action plan to drive sales growth and ensure company revenue stream.
