Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Identify and develop new sales channels such as e-commerce, B2B, corporate sales.
∎ Create and implement go-to-market strategies tailored for each alternative channel.
∎ Establish partnerships with modern trade, aggregators, marketplaces, and other key stakeholders.
∎ Ensure seamless execution of sales and promotional activities across all alternative channels.
∎ Achieve sales targets by driving revenue from non-traditional channels.
∎ Analyze sales performance and optimize strategies to maximize profitability.
∎ Monitor consumer trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to identify opportunities.
∎ Develop SOPs to enhance operational efficiency and scalability.
∎ Monitor and manage risks associated with new sales channels, including operational challenges and contractual obligations.
