Educational Requirements:
∎ MBA/ M.COM Major in Accounting & Finance from any reputed public or private University.
∎ Candidates having CA (CC)/ CMA (Part)/ CA or CMA Qualified from a reputed firm will get preference.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 12 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Accounts, Finance
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Group of Companies

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Preparation, analysis and interpreting of financial statement of the company.
∎ Look after internal & external financial audit, fund management, inventory & credit control etc.
∎ Budget preparation, Fund allocation, execution and keeping budgetary control.
∎ Monitoring Financial Risk Assessment.
∎ Ensure adequate cash flow to meet the organization's needs.Lead and manage the support staff to ensure regular accounting works.
∎ Support the management in arriving at profitability analysis, product pricing, project costing, budgeting, MIS etc.
∎ Any other task assigned by the Management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 35 years
∎ Should have work experience in Public Limited Company.
∎ Should have strong leadership, communication & negotiation skills.
∎ Well behaved, convincing & positive attitude.
∎ Sincerity & Responsibility.
∎ Honesty & Integrity.
