Responsibilities & Context:
∎ To monitor & supervise the overall administration & Security personnel of the factories.
∎ To implement proper asset inventory, material in & out register & gate passes.
∎ To supervise the training of new Security Guards and develop security awareness among all Security Personnel of the factories.
∎ To liaison with local government & non-government offices.
∎ Proactively ensuring the protection and safety of properties/assets, management, and employee of the factories.
∎ Respond to an emergency situation (if any).
∎ Making sure that no unauthorized personnel enters factories/plant areas.
∎ Accurately updating related records and others.
∎ Any other task assigned by the management from time to time.
∎ Preventing theft/loss/misuse of company equipment/materials.
∎ The person will be required to successfully carry out the Admin related functions. We are looking for a young energetic, dynamic, efficient person for this position.
