Job Responsibilities:
∎ Providing leadership, direction and advice to top management regarding finance and accounting requirements of concerned Business Unit of the company.
∎ Managing the processes for financial forecasting and budgets, and overseeing the preparation of all financial reporting. Prepare regular analysis of income and expenditure to assist management in the budget monitoring process.
∎ Formulate and administer financial policy to ensure that financial discipline is observed in the concerned BU's effectively and efficiently.
∎ Prepare, present and interpret financial reports to the management to direct and supervise the preparation of all fiscal reporting, such as cost accounting, budgets, regulatory authorities and government reports.
∎ Plan, direct and coordinate the implementation of effective accounting and financial administration policies, procedures and reports to ensure meticulous compliance with the company's financial policy for sound financial management and control of the company.
∎ Review financial reports for ways to reduce costs. Providing strategic recommendations to the Chairman/Managing Director and members of the executive management team regarding the financial decision of concerned BU.
∎ Advising on long-term business and financial planning.
∎ Oversee the concerned BU's fiscal activities, including budgeting, reporting, and auditing.
∎ Draw and implement strategies to maintain smooth cash flow throughout the year.
∎ Identify and address financial risks and opportunities for the company.
∎ Perform any other related duty as directed by the Management.
∎ Tax Issues:
∎ Assist to Head of Tax for all Tax matters of the company.
∎ Handle NBR and other regulatory bodies in connection to Tax matters.
∎ Ensure proper documentation, control and maintain necessary records in respect of Income Tax related issues;
∎ Calculation of taxable income and preparation of annual Corporate Tax return and submit to applicable authorities and obtain final assessment order and clearance certificate;
∎ Liaising and maintaining all Tax related correspondences with respective regulatory authorities to obtain Tax benefits;
∎ Monitor deduction of Tax at source and deposit them to the government treasury on time;
∎ Prepare tax plan to enjoy all benefits, credits, exemptions etc. available under the law;
∎ VAT Issues:
∎ Managing the Companies' VAT compliance process as per recent VAT Act.
∎ Handle VAT Audit conducted by NBR, AG and other Govt. Agencies,
∎ Ensure proper maintenance of all kinds of VAT Registers including Legal litigation,
∎ Corresponding with Custom Excise & VAT office independently,
∎ Maintain close liaison with Custom Authority, NBR, Tribunal and Appellate Tribunal,
∎ Any other tasks assigned by the management time to time.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Fair practice knowledge in Accounting & Finance.
∎ Should have good proficiency in accounting software's.
∎ Should be well conversant with labor law, vat/tax ordinance, fiscal policy and financial rules and on compliances as laid down in IFRS and BFRS.
∎ Should be well conversant with the machine behavior and formulate generating costing system whereby wastages are recognized and proper step to be taken to minimize them.
∎ Even though working as an accounting member should not by itself restricted to its functions only rather working as a group and always extent co-operational attitude towards operation, marketing, procurement etc. personnel and thereby help building a strong team inside the company.
∎ Should have excellent communication & strong interpersonal skills.
