∎ Master of Commerce (MCom) in Accounting, finance
∎ Preferred Professional Certification: ACA,ACCA
∎ Skills Required: Analytical ability, Income Tax and VAT, Tax (VAT/ Customs Duty/ Income Tax)

Job Context:
∎ We are looking for a dynamic person as a Manager in the department of Accounts & Finance (Tax and VAT) in our company “Netrakona Accessories Ltd.”
∎ Department: Accounts & Finance.
∎ Reports to: Controller of Accounts & Finance.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintain Purchase/Sales register/Mushak Challan, VAT returns and all other register as per VAT and SD Act, 2012.
∎ Handle VAT audit (by VAT authorities) as and when scheduled and keeping close liaison with VAT circle office, Division office and commissioner office.
∎ Monitor VAT payment, submission of VAT return and other documents to VAT authority in a timely manner.
∎ Prepare VAT reconciliation statement between VAT record and accounting record.
∎ Work independently and have sufficient knowledge regarding export-import, customs procedures, VAT Act & Rules related to export and import.
∎ Monitor and keep all the VAT registers updated, issued VAT challan and maintain the records, registers & documents conforming to VAT laws in a timely manner.
∎ Update VDS/TDS records and ensure deposit of respective challans in a timely manner.
∎ Check documents, prepare and submit VAT returns and ensure its submission to relevant authorities with due diligence.
∎ Maintain liaison and closely work with VAT regulators and solve the barriers related to company VAT related issues.
∎ To prepare Cost of Goods Sold report on require basis.
∎ To deal with bank and other financial institutions related affairs.
∎ To analyze and control the daily expenditure.
∎ To prepare bank reconciliation statements on monthly basis.
∎ To prepare party ledger reconciliation and ageing on monthly basis.
∎ Any other tasks as required by the department head/management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ The applicant should have experience in the following area(s): Tax (VAT/Customs Duty/Income Tax), VAT and TAX.
∎ Experience in relevant VAT software.
∎ Computer efficiency is a must. Adequate knowledge on MS Office package.
∎ Sound knowledge about all Mushak forms.
Salary: Negotiable
