Educational Requirements:
∎ CA (CC) or CMA, ACCA partly completed or BBA, MBA with at least 7 year(s) of experience in relevant field

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 12 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Accounts and Finance
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Cement, Cement Industry, Multinational Companies

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Monitor all types of cash and bank disbursement and responsible, accountable for any discrepancy in this regard.
∎ Checking of all general ledger and other relevant document.
∎ Month and daily budget/Requisition preparation.
∎ Responsible for monthly/quarterly financial reporting.
∎ Checking of all vouchers, bills and report concerned authority regarding the accuracy of those bills before final payments.
∎ Follow up Accounts receivable & Accounts payable.
∎ Analyses the statement of comprehensive Income Statement & Financial Position & Assist to MD for various reporting and information.
∎ Maintaining party ledger up to date and checking status before making payment.
∎ To correspond with related bank for existing loan/fund arrangement.
∎ Check and post entry of various types of vouchers in ERP Software Tally, QuickBooks etc.
∎ Collection recovery & deposit, monitoring & analysis, Payment & Adjustment vouchers, Bank Reconciliation, various report checking & approval.
∎ Project Wise, quantity and amount wise, company budget preparation, development and budget variance monitoring.
∎ Preparation of Annual Operating Plan (AOP) based on possible Financial & Operational forecasting.
∎ Project Progress (Financial Progress & physical Progress) Preparation & monitoring.
∎ Verify the bills/vouchers/requisition/salary & wages/OT & other.
∎ Prepare summary Statements of bill and voucher
∎ Prepare weekly/monthly statement of revolving fund and arrange reimbursement.
∎ Keep the balance sheet updated and inform the Director (Finance).
∎ L/C related works.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 45 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Experience in Accounts, Commercial/ Export-Import, Finance, Internal Audit, Tax (VAT/ Customs Duty/ Income Tax)
