Educational Requirements:
∎ MBA/ Masters Degree in Finance/Banking/ Accounting from any reputed university.
∎ CACC or Partly Qualified CA will be preferred.
∎ Skills Required: Accounting and Finance
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 8 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Manufacturing (FMCG)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure of financial reconciliation, stock reconciliation, Sales & collection reconciliation etc.
∎ Checking/review of Bill voucher, Follow up of day to day operational activities
∎ Follow up of cash and bank transaction, Review of IOU.
∎ Confirmation of all tax and VAT related activities/documents/Assist with tax & VAT team.
∎ Ensure all payment/collection with proper documents including maintaining the register.
∎ Correspondence/assistance with bank, Correspondence with inter-department of the company.
∎ Cheque preparation and taking sign for payment with maintaining cheque book register.
∎ Make all provision i.e salary, shop rent and vendors bill etc.
∎ Confirmation of daily posting, preservation of voucher, Maintaining a fixed asset register.
∎ Supervising, assisting and guidance to the team for managing the overall activities of accounts and finance.
∎ Preparation of monthly/ quarterly/ annual accounts/ projected accounts
∎ Conduct periodic/ annual audit with internal and external auditors.
∎ Analyze monthly MIS and communicate to the Management.
∎ Preparation of Budget and its variance analysis.
∎ Confirmation of Monthly receipt and payment account and trial balance.
∎ Establishment and implementation of corporate governance.
∎ Establishment of Internal control and its implementation.
∎ Proper execution of Accounting policies, financial policies and practices.
∎ Submission and confirmation of Income tax/Vat return, Computation of advance tax.
∎ Liaison with legal division for the purpose any agreement or others.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Must have working experience in FMCG industry.
∎ Ability to work under pressure and adaptive to changes
∎ Trust worthy and committed to the organization with an amicable personality and appropriate experience
∎ Good command in English both in writing & speaking
∎ Must have literacy in computer operation (Especially in MS Office and Various Software)
∎ Must be dynamic, energetic, self-motivated and self-organized with a positive attitude
∎ Leadership and Team Management skills
