Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Commerce (MCom)
∎ CA (Course completed) would be preferred
Experience Requirements:
∎ 8 to 10 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Lead & Manage accounting and finance, banking activities, cash management, financial reporting, Tax-VAT matters for the company.
∎ Re-conciliation of all Bank Accounts of the company.
∎ Will have primary day-to-day responsibility for planning, implementing, managing and controlling all Accounts-Finance, Tax & Bank related activities of the company.
∎ Well versed in Direct & Indirect Taxations and represent in all tax Assessments.
∎ Manage processes for funding, cash management, consolidation and reporting to the Company.
∎ Managing finance and accounts effectively & prepare various monthly analytical reports, salary statements, monthly variance analysis of budget & actual and budgetary control.
∎ Verily & Approve various bills & vouchers with consulting managements.
∎ Update Income status and prepare Loss/Profit statement monthly.
∎ Preparing Company Balance Sheet.
∎ Day to day accounts management, preparing daily, weekly and monthly income and expenditure statements, banking transaction, assist in completing yearly auditing report, preparing annual financial report using UGC format, etc. are routine & prime responsibilities of the position.
∎ Reports financial status by developing forecasts; budget, reporting results; analyzing variances; developing improvements.
∎ All other duties as and when assigned by the management
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 35 years
∎ Have to prepared to join within 15 days after confirmation.
∎ Who are doing job in Chittagong with be preferred.
∎ Thorough knowledge of accounting standard, tax and VAT
∎ Strong leadership skills with a dedication to driving and achieving results
∎ Knowledge of employee relationship building and performance management techniques
∎ Advanced Microsoft Excel skills. Experience with other financial systems.
Salary: Negotiable
