Educational Requirements:
∎ (M.Com) in Accounting or (MBA) in Accounting with CA-CC or partly qualified / ICMA 1200 completed
Experience Requirements:
∎ 8 to 10 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure smooth preparation, analysis and interpretation of financial statement of the company monthly, quarterly & annually and submit to the management as per IAS & IFRS
∎ Approval on sales invoice through software, Monitor Sales, Collection, return & outstanding report strictly.
∎ Day to day Sales operation monitoring.
∎ Fund requisition analysis and submit to head office for day to day activities
∎ Payroll preparation and disburse both cash and bank portion.
∎ Implement proper system for controlling & monitoring of Budgets & Expenses.
∎ Reconcile & monitor of Bank A/C, VAT, Inventory, All Cash, Receivable, Payable, TDS, VDS and AIT etc.
∎ Develop and maintain financial accounting systems for both cash and bank management.
∎ Conduct Inventory Audit and Inventory Movement Monitoring on monthly basis.
∎ Control of Debtors and their credit limit.
∎ Other MIS report for management decision making.
∎ Prepare Cash flow, & fund management
∎ Liaison with the bank, vendors & technical teams.
∎ Any other task assigned by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Experience of E-commerce business will be preferable
