It is felt that services of an experienced Accounts & Financial Personnel are required to be employed as MANAGER - Accounts & Finance, who will lead the department and other relevant works, on regular basis.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ The Candidate will be the In Charge of accounting & financial operations of the company
∎ Establish internal control systems as and where required necessary.
∎ Submit Income Tax, VAT Returns and be familiar with RJSC and NBR related works
∎ Ensure timely preparation & reporting of all monthly, quarterly and yearly financial statements and reports
∎ Fund and Cash Management
∎ Review all financial records, systems and control process of the company as per accounting standards.
∎ Physical verification of assets and inventories and reconciling the records maintained in the company's record.
∎ Must have sound knowledge of BAS (Bangladesh Accounting Standard)
∎ Ability to work under account software environment and pressure
∎ Ensure compliance of various Company Policies and Govt. Rules;
∎ Prepare Accounts related report as per Management Requirements
∎ Cost Benefit Analysis of each activity in business Processes, identifying key and critical processes to operate at optimum Cost,
∎ Monitor the monthly departmental budgeting and actual expenditure.
∎ Projection of fund disbursement plan
∎ Any other task assigned by the Management / concerned authority
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ At least 7-year(s) experience in manufacturing unit
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Accounts, Finance, Tax (VAT/ Customs Duty/ Income Tax), financial position, comprehensive income statement, large scale LC Management, Cost of Goods Sold
∎ Must have knowledge on compliance issues to handle government audit
