Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Accounting
Experience Requirements:
∎ At most 15 year(s)
Job Context:
∎ Prepare all kind of financial statements & reports that are related with day to day business operations.
∎ Facilitate the development and maintenance of policies, procedures, goals and objectives to meet the Accounts Payable department mission.
∎ Responsible to look after the banking, export, import related documents and procedures, VAT, AIT, Customs etc.
∎ Maintain & update entire accounts and finance related information in ERP / Tally software and generate necessary reports as and when required.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage all accounting transactions.
∎ Tracking payments to internal and external stakeholders.
∎ Handle of all Tax & VAT related matters of the company.
∎ Processing tax payments and returns.
∎ Processing of balance sheets, income statements and other financial statements according to legal and company accounting and financial guidelines.
∎ Assist with reviewing expenses, payroll records etc. as assigned.
∎ Handle accounting software in Excel sheet, ERP and Tally independently.
∎ Update financial data in databases to ensure that information will be accurate and immediately available when needed.
∎ Prepare and submit weekly/monthly reports.
∎ Check bill/ voucher/ requisition/ delivery challan or any others documents.
∎ Check daily local purchase bills, petty cash book and all types of payments & receipts voucher.
∎ Perform Cashbook audit, record of cash transaction & disbursements.
∎ Perform any other tasks as assigned by the superior management.
∎ Liaison with Bank and others Gov't Authorities such as VAT/Customs/Tax.
∎ Daily financial information provides to management.
∎ Coordinate with Bank, Audit firm & other related offices.
∎ Follow up sales, purchase & commercial matter with the whole Organization.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ The candidate should have knowledge on updated VAT, Tax issues.
∎ Must be CA/CC.
∎ Candidate should have experience on Treading& Distributions Business.
∎ Should have experience in accounts & audit function.
∎ Must be ERP or Tally Accounting Software Expert.
∎ Convert company's manual accounting system into an automated one using ERP/ Tally.
∎ Should be ready to work under pressure.
∎ Must have good communication skills.
∎ Exposure to real estate , construction, building industry or architectural firm etc will be added advantage.
Salary: Negotiable
