Clearing & Forwarding (C&F) Companies, Freight forwarding, Shipping
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Perform payroll & employee benefits operations in accordance with applicable law and regulations,
∎ Partnering with other cross-functional team to ensure the payroll processing is performed accurately,
∎ Ensure deduction of TAX at source from payroll payment and submission of tax returns for expatriate employees,
∎ Oversee the management of Provident Fund, Gratuity Fund, and Workers' Profit Participation Fund,
∎ Manage accounts payable
∎ Manage treasury operations,
∎ Ensure deduction of TAX and VAT with compliance of Law and deposited to Government exchequer within the stipulated frame-frame,
∎ Ensure accurate posting of transactions to journals, ledgers, and any other records,
∎ Lead the team to update financial records in the ORACLE system.
