Job Responsibilities:
∎ To prepare production schedule in collaboration with the merchandising department.
∎ Monitor the all production SOP / process in sewing/cutting/finishing section for ensuring the product quality as pet the customer requirements.
∎ To monitor production hourly production target.
∎ To check lay out plan in order to achieve maximum production.
∎ To keep close eyes for achieving production target in order to implement the production schedule.
∎ To inform higher authority immediately if the target is not achieved for any reason.
∎ To ensure all compliance issue of the production floor.
∎ To conduct training for workers/operators for enhancing their required efficiency.
∎ To follow the principle of cost minimizing.
∎ Ensure the good quality of the products
∎ Any Other responsibility assigned by the Management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 32 years
∎ Having sound knowledge on IE will be given preference.
∎ Should be well-behaved, honest and able to work timely.
∎ Should have knowledge in Social, Technical Audit.
∎ Excellent in inter-personal & communication skills.
∎ Have knowledge on MS Excel, MS Word etc.
∎ Good leadership ability to lead & motivate the subordinates.
∎ Knowledge on organizational culture change management, diversity, inclusion gender sensitivity.
∎ Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships across the organization.
∎ Negotiation and Convince Skill
