Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) in Accounting, Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Accounting
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Follow up on collection to ensure deposit in the organization bank account.
∎ Prepare all receivable report with analysis and suggest for the way forward.
∎ Follow up on accounts receivable against report.
∎ Daily follow up with client for the collection of previous balance.
∎ Daily basis to communicate with USA office.
∎ Ensure the accounts receivable function performance.
∎ Prepare & submitted accounts receivable report to the department.
∎ Monthly reconciliation of agencies.
∎ Plus any other jobs that assigned by the management when necessary
Additional Requirements:
∎ The position involves working in a team environment. Our team work in a very sophisticated web-based platform. So ideal candidate should be-
∎ Conversant in system-based work environment or computer literate with some basic IT skills;
∎ Excellent communication skill in spoken and written English;
∎ Be a smart speaker with great patience;
∎ Be a quick learner and good problem solver;
∎ Able to work in a team environment;
∎ Should be dynamic, energetic, enthusiastic and self-motivated;
∎ Skilled in MS-Office specially in Advanced Excel;
∎ Working at night shift is a must and candidates will be selected only for night shift schedule
