∎ Masters in Accounting or MBA major in Accounting. Student of CMA will get preference.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ The Management Trainee Officer (MTO) Program is a One year rotational development plan designed for highly motivated individuals with qualities of becoming the future leader of the Garments sector in Bangladesh.
∎ The program is aimed to fast track professional development through structured rotations and assignments in various functions and projects within the organization to enhance knowledge and better understand the business, markets, products, and culture.
∎ The program also offers a combination of on-the-job training and mentoring by senior leaders in augmenting talents to take on challenging roles within the company.
∎ Upon successful completion of the program, the Management Trainee Officer (MTO) typically will take on leadership roles based on their strengths and interests catering to the needs of the business.
