Key Responsibilities (Business Development)
1. Study and understand all the digital platforms (e.g. IMO, ESPNcricinfo, MIQ, POKKT, XiaomiAds, Social+ etc.). This required constant persuasion for Knowledge enhancement & effort and attending different workshops/Training sessions.
2. Develop business development plans in coordination with Team Leaders to achieve revenue goals.
3. Research the market for identifying new business opportunities and create a business proposal for new and existing customers.
4. Explain to prospective clients about the company’s digital platforms and follow up with them to close the business deals.
5. Ensure and fulfill company’s key Sale Objectives (Revenue, Reach, Acquisition of new customers, Customer satisfaction, etc.)
6. Ontime submission of Sales Score Card and performance progress report.
7. Develop strong customer relationships with designated customers. Manage client calls and organize appointments effectively for new opportunities.
8. Focus on client retention, growth, renewal, and client satisfaction.
9. Monitor campaign execution /performance delivery, address the key challenges and provide solutions as necessary.
Key Responsibilities (Influencers Campaign Management)
· Assist in managing assigned influencer marketing campaigns under supervision.
· Follow up with influencers for content submissions, updates, and posting schedules.
· Support the preparation of basic quotations, budget breakdowns and collecting influencer rates.
· Track influencer deliverables, deadlines, and content approvals.
· Ensure all deliverables are collected, organized, and documented properly.
· Assist in preparing final campaign reports with metrics, screenshots, insights, and data summaries.
· Maintain trackers, spreadsheets, and documentation required for campaign operations.
· Follow internal processes, SOPs, and checklists for consistent execution.
