We’re Hiring: Management Executive

Work Shifts:

• Morning Shift: 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM

• Night Shift: 5:00 PM - 1:30 AM (Home-office)

• Shift will be assigned on a roster basis after completing the probation period.

Office Location: BDDL Badar Height, 9th Floor (B), House# 262-263, Road# 1 (Main Road), Block# B, Bashundhara R/A (Opposite of GP Head Office), Dhaka - 1229.

Your Role & Responsibilities:

• As a Management Executive, your role will involve:

• Mastering Research & Writing: Utilise your strong knowledge of research and academic writing to ensure all s are executed to perfection.

• Quality Assurance: Review and verify the files submitted by writers to meet specifications, ensuring flawless quality before final submission.

• Mentoring & Development: Support and guide writers, offering feedback, mentorship, and suggestions for improvement to boost their skills and productivity.

• Client Relations: Communicate with clients professionally, managing their feedback, revisions, and requests to ensure satisfaction.

• Team Collaboration: Work closely with the senior management team, executing various tasks to keep on track and enhance team performance.
