∎ Diploma in civil engineer.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Monitoring building systems, such as electrical, heating, cooling and plumbing systems to identify problems and ensure in a timely manner.
∎ Inspecting equipment and facilities to identify needed repairs or replacements.
∎ Planning and scheduling maintenance activities to ensure that all building systems are functioning properly at all time.
∎ Inspecting premises to identify potential hazards such as unsafe conditions.
∎ Performing general construction work such as painting, wallpapering, plumbing, electrical work, roofing and carpentry.
∎ Any other duties assigned by his superior authority.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum five years working experience in related field.
∎ Excellent knowledge of information technology.
∎ Fluent in English language, both spoken, written.
∎ Good integrity, positive attitude, helpful, high commitment, competence and self-started, well organized and motivated.
Salary:
∎ Negotiable for deserving candidate.
