Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor / Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical & Electronics engineering;
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Work under the guidelines of Maintenance department;
∎ Maintain and operate all Jacquard machines, Fixing and replace parts of machine if problem arises;
∎ Maintaining statistical records of machines spare parts consumption and report to management;
∎ Carry out routine maintenance work and respond to machine breakdown;
∎ Keep Maintenance record of all machines and ensure all machines are running properly;
∎ Guide and supervise machine operators on how to run the machines properly and efficiently;
∎ Implement technical know-how to reduce wastage by optimizing jacquard machine performance;
∎ Listen to machine related grievances of the workers and initiate to solve them with utmost priority;
∎ Ensure maximum production capacity utilization of Jacquard sections by developing strong maintenance framework and delivering optimum maintenance service at the production area;
∎ Any other assignments and responsibilities assigned by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 28 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Must be sincere, self-motivated, proactive and team player;
∎ Excellent PC knowledge and expertise on Microsoft office applications specially in Word, Excel, and outlook;
∎ Ability to handle workload and manage multiple tasks at a time under stressed environment.
