Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Oversee the maintenance and repair of factory machineries and equipment.
∎ Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
∎ Create technical drawings for mechanical equipment.
∎ Conduct regular inspections of machinery to ensure proper functioning, making recommendations for repairs or upgrades as needed.
∎ Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for the procurement of mechanical components and equipment.
∎ Monitor the installation and commissioning of new machineries and systems.
∎ Provide technical support to the production team for any mechanical issues or equipment breakdowns.
∎ Generate regular reports on machinery performance, downtime, and maintenance activities.
∎ Maintain log sheet, operator logbook and normal/abnormal parameters to ensure proper tracking of the circumstances.
