Perform fault diagnosis, repair, and servicing of smartphones and other assigned handsets.

Provide hardware repair and software troubleshooting support to ensure effective resolution of technical issues.

Achieve daily handset repair targets while maintaining service quality standards.

Communicate with customers regarding handset repair status and provide timely updates.

Operate and maintain online repair management systems and other service-related support platforms.

Provide technical feedback and detailed reports on defective handsets and recurring product issues.

Perform smartphone repairs at different technical levels, including L1, L2, L3, and L3.5, according to company procedures and technical guidelines.

Troubleshoot handset problems and maintain accurate documentation of technical faults, repair activities, and product failures.

Receive customers' handsets, understand their reported issues, and ensure proper initial assessment.

Strictly follow the service center's 6S methodology and all company policies, procedures, and service standards.

Assist in maintaining a clean, organized, and healthy service center environment.

Work effectively under pressure and remain available to work on holidays when required by business needs.

Perform other duties and responsibilities assigned by management.
