Education:
∎ Diploma, Bachelor/Honors
∎ Degree or Diploma in Fashion Design (from BUFT, Shanto-Mariam University, or similar recognized institutions).

∎ Minimum 3 years of experience in custom or high-end fashion design.
∎ Strong knowledge of garment construction, fitting, and finishing.
∎ Excellent design and sketching abilities.
∎ Ability to manage design execution independently.
∎ Portfolio showcasing made-to-measure or couture work is mandatory.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Design and develop customized clothing lines for men and women, including formalwear, traditional wear, and fusion fashion.
∎ Select suitable fabrics, embellishments, and trims with technical understanding.
∎ Create detailed sketches and work closely with the tailoring and production team.
∎ Manage fittings and alterations to ensure client satisfaction and perfect fit.
∎ Ensure seamless execution of each piece – from initial concept to final delivery.
∎ Follow local and international fashion trends while maintaining a unique brand identity.
