Additional Requirements:
∎ At least one year of practical experience in office management, preferably within a recognized organization.
∎ Proficiency in Office applications, including MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, Google Sheets, and Google Forms.
∎ Strong accuracy, attention to detail, and a typing speed of at least 30 WPM in Bengali and 40 WPM in English.

∎ Subject Areas: Human Resources
∎ Prepare and draft official letters, reports, and documents for HR-related work in both Bangla and English.
∎ Keep HR records and files well-organized, secure, and updated.
∎ Review and prioritize incoming correspondence, handle HR-related inquiries, and manage outgoing communications.
∎ Have good skills in Google Sheets, Google Forms, and PowerPoint presentations.
∎ Manage confidential HR information with care and follow the university's confidentiality policies.
∎ Have a good understanding of leave policies, gratuity, and provident fund systems to support HR tasks.
∎ Assist with other duties as assigned by the university authority.

∎ BAIUST invites applications for the position of LDC under the Registrar’s Office (HR Wing). The selected candidate will be responsible for the following tasks:
