∎ Review and prioritize incoming correspondence, handle HR-related inquiries, and manage outgoing communications.
∎ Have good skills in Google Sheets, Google Forms, and PowerPoint presentations.
∎ Manage confidential HR information with care and follow the university's confidentiality policies.
∎ Have a good understanding of leave policies, gratuity, and provident fund systems to support HR tasks.
∎ Assist with other duties as assigned by the university authority.
