- লোডবেড ও হাইবেড চালানোর প্রশিক্ষণ ও সার্টিফিকেট নিরাপদ চালনা ও যানবাহনের রক্ষণাবেক্ষণে দক্ষতা দায়িত্বশীলতা ও সততা এবং দলগত কাজের মানসিকতা ও দক্ষতা থাকতে হবে ।
