Responsibilities & Context:

• Daily order processing এবং on-time parcel dispatch নিশ্চিত করা
• Courier/Delivery partners এর সাথে সমন্বয় ও parcel tracking পরিচালনা করা
• Inventory management, stock update ও warehouse coordination
• Return/Replacement parcel handling এবং customer communication
• Delivery report, shipment status ও daily logistics performance রিপোর্ট প্রস্তুত করা
