Additional Requirements:

• Age 25 to 42 years

Preferred skills, knowledge, and personal characteristics:

• Knowledge of materials, items, and apparel manufacturing especially in Product workmanship with 7 years or more working experience in both the Woven & Knit sections.
• Resolve sewing technical problems on the cutting, sewing & finishing lines.
• Conduct spot checks on the production lines to make sure garments are made in compliance with defined technical standards.
• Knowledge about fabric characteristics.
• Project management with a sense of business and total coordination.
• Ability to train office staff & share knowledge of his/her expertise.
• Ability to work as a team; Rapport building with the management of factories and own members leads to the highest level of quality.
• Ability to travel regularly.

Job Description:

• Contribute to developing mega-hit items.
• Operate & maintain sewing machines & equipment by safety and quality standards.
• Manage bulk production with the highest level of quality & efficiency.
• Create and set up conditions for mass production and help to negotiate with factories on quality, cost, and delivery (as per requirements).
• Train and share knowledge with others.
