Job Responsibilities:
∎ Conduct lift operation smoothly on different situation. Provide instant service on difficult moment when lift related operation arises.
∎ Must follow and practical experience in routine check and maintenance work of Sub-station equipment's related to lift operation.
∎ Perform daily pre-operation inspections and post -operation shutdown procedures.
∎ Lift Service: Respond to service requests promptly, troubleshoot problems, and perform necessary repairs to maintain optimal elevator functionality.
∎ Any electromechanical defective issue must be informed to senior by over phone/written. And have to resolve the instruction by senior.
∎ To keep clean of electromechanical item of lift as daily/weekly/monthly basis.
∎ Providing safe and effective loading and unloading of guest in the building.
∎ Register and Log Book maintain for documentation work (running hour, maintenance, spare parts, and technical status etc.) for required electromechanical equipment of lift.
∎ Knowledge of safety for related and electrical work.
∎ Any Other's duties as when order by Management.
