Responsibilities & Context:
- Assists the learners in using problem solving process.
- Increases knowledge & skill in the curriculum.
- Devices teaching methods are appropriate to the objectives & content.
- Perform administrative duties such as serving as department head.
- Duty of lecturers’ development.
- Guide the student in conducting seminars, discussions & presentations, dissertations and thesis.
- Initiate, facilitate and moderate classroom discussion.
- Prepare and deliver lectures to undergraduate and /or graduate students on topics as assigned.
- Prepare course materials such as syllabi, homework assignments and handouts.
- Supervise students’ laboratory and clinical work.
- Maintain student attendance records, grades and other required records.
- Coordinate training programs with the area, nursing college, universities, clinics, and hospitals.
- Any other responsibilities assigned by the Principal and Vice Principal.
