Shandhani School and College, an institution of Shandhani Shangstha, is looking for a qualified and dedicated Lecturer (Physics) to join its team. Below are the requirements and details for the position:

1. Conduct engaging and informative lectures in Physics at the Secondary and Higher Secondary as per institutional curriculum.

2. Prepare and deliver lesson plans, course outlines, and instructional materials aligned with academic standards.

3. Design and supervise laboratory experiments to reinforce theoretical concepts and ensure safe handling of lab equipment.

4. Encourage critical thinking and scientific reasoning through interactive teaching methods.

5. Assess student performance through exams, quizzes, assignments, and lab reports.

6. Provide academic counseling, mentorship, and individual support to students as needed.

7. Participate in curriculum review, question paper setting, and result preparation.

8. Maintain accurate records of student attendance, grades, and academic progress.

9. Stay updated with current developments in Physics and integrate relevant content into teaching.

10. Organize and participate in academic events such as seminars, workshops, and science fairs.

11. Collaborate with colleagues and department heads on academic planning and institutional development.

12. Ensure a disciplined, respectful, and inclusive classroom environment.

13. Perform any other academic or administrative duties assigned by the department or academic authority.
