Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Civil Engineering, CSE, Mathematics (under CSE department), Bachelor of Arts (BA) in English, and JMC, Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Accounting
∎ a) Engineering & Mathematics: Candidates must possess a GPA of minimum 4.00 (in the scale of 5.00) in both SSC & HSC and CGPA 3.40 (in the scale of 4.00) in B.Sc Eng. in Civil/CSE/EEE from any Public University. Candidates having M.Sc. degree in relevant field shall be given preference. Candidates for Mathematics department must have MSc degree.
∎ b) Accounting: Candidates must have Master and Bachelor degree in Accounting, with a CGPA of at least 3.50 in one level and at least 3.25 in both levels.
∎ c) English Language and Literature & JMC: Candidates must have Bachelor and Master degree in English of at least 3.25 in one level and at least 3.00 in both levels.
∎ d) Applicant with a degree from reputed overseas universities will be given priority

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Coordinating and supervising the academic activities of departments under the faculty. Promoting and branding the faculty. Establish academic and industry networks with the professionals. Facilitating research in the departments. Performing others responsibilities of Dean.
∎ To prepare course outline, lesson plan, tutorial, students counselling and conduct theoretical, tutorial, and practical classes, extended teaching, related research, and publications.
∎ To prepare questions, invigilate tests and exams, mark and grade scripts and assignments.
∎ To guide and supervise project work, internship, dissertation or thesis as and when assigned.
∎ To guide and supervise students to perform co-curricular and extracurricular activities.
∎ To conduct research and experiments to advance knowledge in their field.
