Shandhani School and College, an institution of Shandhani Shangstha, is looking for a qualified and dedicated Lecturer ( Math) to join its team. Below are the requirements and details for the position:
Deliver engaging and concept-driven lectures in Mathematics at the Secondary and Higher Secondary.
Design course outlines, lesson plans, and assessment tools aligned with the institutional or national curriculum.
Conduct regular tutorials, quizzes, and assignments to evaluate student progress.
Simplify complex mathematical theories and problems for better student understanding.
Provide additional academic support and mentoring to students as needed.
Supervise class tests, semester exams, and ensure timely evaluation and feedback.
Encourage analytical thinking, problem-solving, and application-based learning.
Stay updated with changes in the Mathematics curriculum and integrate modern teaching techniques.
Participate in academic seminars, departmental meetings, and faculty development programs.
Support co-curricular academic activities such as Math Olympiads or competitions.
Maintain proper records of student attendance, grades, and academic performance.
Carry out other duties as assigned by the Head of Department or Academic Authority.
