Shandhani School and College, an institution of Shandhani Shangstha, is looking for a qualified and dedicated Lecturer ( Math) to join its team. Below are the requirements and details for the position:

• Deliver engaging and concept-driven lectures in Mathematics at the Secondary and Higher Secondary.

• Design course outlines, lesson plans, and assessment tools aligned with the institutional or national curriculum.

• Conduct regular tutorials, quizzes, and assignments to evaluate student progress.

• Simplify complex mathematical theories and problems for better student understanding.

• Provide additional academic support and mentoring to students as needed.

• Supervise class tests, semester exams, and ensure timely evaluation and feedback.

• Encourage analytical thinking, problem-solving, and application-based learning.

• Stay updated with changes in the Mathematics curriculum and integrate modern teaching techniques.

• Participate in academic seminars, departmental meetings, and faculty development programs.

• Support co-curricular academic activities such as Math Olympiads or competitions.

• Maintain proper records of student attendance, grades, and academic performance.

• Carry out other duties as assigned by the Head of Department or Academic Authority.
