∎ Strong communication skills, creativity in teaching, ability to engage students, and proficiency in classroom management.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Teach ICT courses at higher secondary and College levels following the national curriculum and institutional guidelines.
∎ For effective teaching and learning, prepare lesson plans, class materials, and practical lab activities.
∎ Conduct regular assessments, assignments, quizzes, and exams to evaluate student progress.
∎ Provide practical demonstrations and hands-on training in computer labs. Ensure students understand both theoretical concepts and practical applications in ICT.
∎ Maintain classroom discipline and foster a positive learning environment.
∎ Provide extra support to students who need additional help with the subject.
∎ Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and professional development programs.
