∎ Must have achieved at least three First Class/Division/A Grades (with a GPA not less than 3.5 at the undergraduate level) throughout their academic career.
∎ Preference will be given to candidates holding an MPhil or PhD degree.

∎ Subject Areas: Business Administration

The successful candidate is expected to demonstrate excellence in teaching, research, academic leadership, and service to both the university and the broader academic community.
∎ Teach undergraduate courses that meet the curricular needs of the university with particular emphasis on fundamental education in HRM with all related areas.
∎ Teach specialized courses of Business HRM etc.
∎ Assist in the continuous review and development of the programs run by Dept of Business Administration.
∎ Assist in developing academic techniques designed to meet the needs of the diverse learning styles and intellectual interests.
∎ Work in accordance with University policies and procedures to undertake assessment of students' work and give feedback.
∎ Any other related jobs as assigned by the University authority.
