A Master`s degree in English (Literature/Linguistics/ELT) from a recognized university.
Candidates with a CGPA of 3.25 or above (out of 4.00) at both undergraduate and postgraduate levels are preferred.
Strong command of English, with excellent teaching and communication skills.
Previous teaching experience at the university level is desirable but not mandatory.
Research publications in peer-reviewed journals will be considered an advantage.
