Job Responsibilities
Conduct engaging and effective English classes for students.
Prepare lesson plans, lecture materials, and assessment tools in accordance with the National Curriculum.
Guide students in grammar, literature, composition, spoken English, and exam preparation.
Conduct class tests, assignments, model tests, and evaluations.
Monitor student progress and provide academic counseling when necessary.
Participate in academic meetings, training, seminars, and institutional development activities.
Maintain discipline and create a positive learning environment.
Perform any other academic responsibilities assigned by the authority.
