∎ 4 (Four) years Honors with Masters in relevant discipline with minimum CGPA 3.50 in both levels.
∎ There shall be no GPA less than 4.50 in both SSC and HSC examinations.

∎ Excellent skills in programming languages, and have more than two (02) years of experience in conducting programming contests will get preference.
∎ Computer operation skill, proficiency in English, dedication to work, and willingness to work in rural area.
