Responsibilities & Context:
Shandhani School and College, an institution of Shandhani Shangstha, is looking for a qualified and dedicated Lecturer (Chemistry) to join its team. Below are the requirements and details for the position:
Deliver high-quality lectures in Chemistry at higher secondary levels following the national curriculum .
Develop comprehensive lesson plans, course outlines, and instructional materials.
Conduct laboratory sessions, supervise experiments, and ensure adherence to lab safety protocols.
Assess student’s performance through assignments, quizzes, practicals, and examinations.
Provide academic guidance, mentoring, and support to students.
Participate in curriculum development and update course content as required.
Maintain accurate records of student attendance, results, and other academic data.
Engage in continuous professional development to stay current in the subject area.
Organize and participate in departmental meetings, academic seminars, workshops, and development programs.
Assist in academic and administrative duties as assigned by Management.
Promote a positive learning environment through active engagement and classroom management.
