Education
Bachelor's and Master's degrees in the relevant subject.
Additional Requirements
Teaching experience and strong subject knowledge will be preferred.
Ability to prepare creative and multiple-choice (MCQ) questions.
Experience in preparing examination question papers, evaluating answer scripts and preparing academic results.
Good computer operating skills.
Proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, PowerPoint and Internet applications.
Ability to develop digital learning materials and conduct multimedia-based classes.
Experience in preparing online and offline examination results.
Knowledge of educational software and digital academic management systems.
Strong communication skills and the ability to assess students effectively.
IMPORTANT REQUIREMENT: Strong classroom management skills are essential. Candidates must be ablen to maintain discipline, manage student behaviour and conduct classes effectively.
