Educational Requirements:
∎ BSc/MSc in CSE or Diploma in relatable discipline from any reputed University.
∎ More than 4- 5 years of experience in software development, with a proven track record of leading development teams.
∎ Proficiency in Laravel, and JavaScript.
∎ Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
∎ Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
∎ Previous experience in designing and implementing scalable software architectures.
∎ Leadership qualities with the ability to guide and mentor team members effectively.
∎ Familiarity with agile development methodologies and project management tools.
∎ Proactive approach to learning and staying updated with industry trends.

∎ 4 to 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Provide technical leadership by making informed architectural decisions and setting the project's technical direction.
∎ Design and develop software architecture that emphasizes scalability, maintainability, and performance.
∎ Conduct thorough code reviews to maintain code quality, adherence to standards, and efficient coding practices.
∎ Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including project managers, product owners, and designers, to align technical solutions with project goals.
∎ Mentor and coach junior developers, fostering their professional growth and ensuring knowledge sharing.
∎ Estimate development tasks and contribute to project planning by providing technical insights for realistic scheduling.
∎ Effectively communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
∎ Proactively identify and resolve technical challenges and roadblocks faced by the development team.
∎ Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and methodologies, and introduce innovative solutions to improve development processes.
∎ Create and maintain technical documentation, including architecture diagrams and code documentation.
∎ Manage technical risks and develop strategies to mitigate potential challenges.
∎ Optimize software performance and scalability to ensure a responsive and efficient user experience.
∎ Participate in retrospective meetings to continually enhance the development process.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 26 years
Salary: Tk. 50000 - 60000 (Monthly)
