The job holder is primarily responsible for managing day-to-day tasks for Corporate Sales activities. He/she works closely with the Category Manager to identify unit needs for operational solutions and work to achieve corporate sales.
Key Accountabilities:
Operational/ Functional/ Business:
• Implement business plan for corporate / Institution Sales as per policy.
• Create potential customer channel to achieve targeted Sales
• Develop and manage an efficient distribution network to improve sales performance
• Regular communication with potential customers and responds to their queries/requirements
• Coordinate the Institution Sales process (Quotation- Receive work order - Create sales order - Make delivery - Send and collect bill)
• Coordinate with Category, Operation and DC team to make the necessary product available as per customer demand.
• Evaluating daily, weekly, and monthly performance and taking necessary action for going forward
• Ensure account reconciliation every month and collect outstanding credit payments as perthe agreement.
• Maintain relationships with existing customers for repeat business.
