∎ Working Days: Six days a week (Saturday to Thursday)
∎ Probation Period: 6 months

∎ Position Overview: We are looking for a entry-level Laboratory Technician to join our recently established laboratory. This position will involve the execution of experiments and tests on textile samples, active participation in quality control processes, effective management of inventory, adherence to safety protocols, and close collaboration with our technical directors, who are international experts in the field. As a Laboratory Analyst in this intermediate-level role, you will assume a crucial position within our laboratory team. Your responsibilities will span a diverse spectrum of tasks, including the performance of various experiments, tests, and analytical procedures that significantly contribute to our research and development initiatives. Your input and expertise will play a pivotal role in shaping the textile industry, and we are committed to fostering your professional growth and development throughout your tenure with us.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Lab Setup: Assist in the setup, organization, and maintenance of the laboratory equipment and facilities.
∎ Testing: Conduct a variety of chemical and physical tests on textile samples with chemicals, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
∎ Data Collection: Record and organize experimental data and findings, and maintain comprehensive lab records.
∎ Quality Control: Assist in quality control procedures to ensure products meet industry and company standards.
∎ Inventory Management: Maintain an inventory list of chemicals, equipment, and supplies, and ensure timely replenishment.
∎ Safety: Adhere to safety protocols and ensure a safe working environment within the laboratory.
∎ Collaboration: Collaborate with the R&D team and other stakeholders to provide valuable insights and contribute to ongoing projects.
Additional Requirements:
∎ 2-3 years of experience as a Lab Technician or Analyst in a relevant industry
∎ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
∎ Attention to detail and accuracy in recording data
∎ Knowledge of laboratory safety protocols is a plus
∎ Excellent communication and teamwork skills. (English is must)
Salary:
∎ Tk. 28000 (Monthly)
∎ Salary: Depending on Experience
Competitive salary (BDT 28,000 or higher, depending on experience).
