Responsibilities & Context:
Analysis of raw materials, packaging materials, bulk & finished products and prepare the report accordingly.
Monitoring of manufacturing process and dispensing of materials to assure quality.
Verification of cleaning of machine and manufacturing area. Prepare reagent and standardization for the test as per GMP.
Ensure proper safeguard of the chemicals and apparatus used in the laboratory.
Compile and record data for documentation by considering testing and reports preparation.
Reagent preparation and necessary Standardization as per GLP/Procedure.
Monitoring of Hygiene & Sanitation at different area of Production Floor/RM-PM Store/FG Store.
Checking of Raw Material quality during RM Store to production disperse.
On-line In-process product monitoring as per Process Instruction (PI) & reporting as per checklist.
