- Minimum 3 years' experience in similar role
- Lab technician with the experience in the department of Clinical Pathology, Hematology, Microbiology, Histopathology, Biochemistry, etc
Responsibilities & Context:
- Collect blood, tissue, and other biological samples from patients> Prepare and process samples for analysis, including staining, cutting, and mounting specimens on slides
- Perform routine and specialized laboratory tests such as blood counts, urinalysis, tissue biopsies, and molecular diagnostics
- Operate and maintain laboratory equipment including microscopes, centrifuges, and automated analyzers
- Ensure accuracy and precision in test results through proper calibration and quality control procedures. Record and analyze test results accurately Enter test data into the laboratory IT system and maintain detailed records of all tests conducted
- Maintain laboratory safety standards and comply with regulations and law
