Education:
∎ SSC (Voc- Electrical) & HSC (Voc-Electrical).
∎ Candidates holding EIM Level 1 or Level 2 certification will be given preference.

∎ Gentle & good behavior is expected.
∎ Basic IT Skills (Microsoft Office, Browsing & Email etc.)
∎ Experience in a related field will add value.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Set up and ensure proper functioning of lab tools and equipment.
∎ Guide students through lab activities, ensuring they follow procedures and safety protocols.
∎ Monitor adherence to lab safety guidelines and maintain a secure environment.
∎ Conduct hands-on demonstrations of experiments and technical tasks.
∎ Oversee inventory, order supplies, and ensure availability of materials.
∎ Assess and provide feedback on students' practical work.
∎ Keep detailed records of student attendance, performance, and lab activities.
∎ Collaborate with staff to align lab activities with curriculum goals.
∎ Address and resolve technical problems with lab equipment.
∎ Revise lab manuals and instructional guides as needed.

Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ Two festival allowance, each equivalent to the basic salary, will be provided.
∎ Increment will be added as per institution's policy
