- Understanding of child and teen learning psychology and age-appropriate teaching strategies.
- Familiarity with digital teaching tools and creative resources is a plus.
Responsibilities & Context:
LEC Abroad Limited, a leading educational consultancy in Dhaka, is looking for a Kids English Specialist to develop and shape our Kids English program. If you are experienced in teaching English to children and passionate about creating engaging, effective learning experiences, this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop a comprehensive English course for young learners (children to teens), covering different proficiency levels.
- Create interactive lesson plans, activities, and resources that make learning enjoyable and effective.
- Deliver lessons and workshops when required, maintaining a supportive and engaging classroom environment.
- Evaluate and refine course content to ensure quality and relevance.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align the course structure with academic and organizational goals.
- Stay updated with modern ELT (English Language Teaching) practices and incorporate creative teaching methods.
