Responsibilities & Context:
*Key Responsibilities:*
Assist students with information regarding study abroad options and institutions.
Support senior counsellors in application and documentation processes.
Communicate with students and guardians through calls, emails, and in-person meetings.
Maintain student records and follow up on applications.
Learn admission procedures, visa requirements, and counselling techniques.
Provide general guidance and support throughout the student journey.
Key Requirements
Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role in a reputed consultancy Agency or company.
At least Graduate or O Level qualification
Strong communication skills in Bangla & English.
Basic computer skills (MS Word, Excel, Email).
Willingness to learn and grow in student consultancy services.
Polite, well-organized, and customer-focused attitude.
