Job Responsibilities:
∎ Case Management, Documentation and Monitoring Officer will be responsible for overall case management, networking with legal service organization and communicating with Internal, external human rights-based organization and local level organizations
∎ Coordinate and update the management of the organization on the progress made and challenges faced.
∎ Plan, Process and produce action plan of documentation in line with organizational object ensuring necessary documents are pressured in systematical ways and confidential.
∎ Assist Project Coordinator and other concern and participate in the production of appropriate BCC material for the project/organization.
∎ Assist program personnel of the project in preparation of project achievement, case studies and success stories. Labeling, sorting and categorizing documents for ease of use.
∎ Retrieving documents upon request.
∎ Outlining a long-term storage strategy.
∎ Adhering to regulatory requirements.
∎ Ensuring documentation integrity.
∎ Utilizing storage software and applications for electronic filing.
∎ Performing transcription and conversion work.
∎ Provide support in monitoring the quality of service delivery and ensure appropriate steps are taken to enhance the quality of service delivery.
∎ Evaluate the qualitative and quantitative achievements as per work plan in accordance with the Organizational Mission / Goals.
∎ In collaboration with M&E focal and Program staff, develop and implement appropriate monitoring systems within project programs.
∎ Assist in reviewing and developing policies and procedure for the organization.
∎ Provide feedback and present a quarterly report to management indicating the qualitative and quantitative activities as per work plan.

∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Ability to interact professionally with a diverse population
∎ Ability to exercise flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities
∎ Ability to work within a team
∎ Demonstrate good report writing skills
∎ Ability to communicate effectively both written and oral
∎ Demonstrate organization and project management skills
∎ Ability to plan, evaluate and meet deadlines
Salary: Tk. 27443 (Monthly)
